Karin Mellin

After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Printmaking, Karin worked for an international company honing skills in advertising and publication print management. Ready for a change, she uprooted and moved to Arizona, where she worked for a local marketing company. During her tenure there, Karin was promoted from part time Designer to Creative Coordinator overseeing the design department.
Throughout this time Karin also developed a local network through various types of freelance projects before deciding to devote herself full time toward building K.Mel Creative. She focuses on working with local businesses, startups and nonprofits to advance their company image and marketing visuals.

Originally from Los Angeles, Claire Mandell headed east to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona, where she graduated with a Degree in Creative Writing and no idea what to do with herself professionally. Claire began her career in corporate sales and customer service, all the while craving a more creative environment.
Her experience spans business practices and operations as well as writing, design, and content creation, all of which she brings to her work with K.Mel Creative. Claire is passionate about the process and the aesthetic involved in working with clients to build a beautiful brand!
